Temporary to Permanent Hire
Our Temporary to Permanent Program or "Working Interview", allows our clients to assess the fit, performance and aptitude of each of our associates while they work on location.
Nexus representatives communicate regularly with our clients to monitor the performance and progress of our associates. Our commitment to open communication with our clients is integral to the success of our partnerships. Our Temporary to Permanent Hire program can be customized to meet the individual and unique staffing requirements of your company. The following are standard service elements included in our program:
- Properly classified WSIB coverage is provided by Nexus
- Staffing while associates work-on-location (a clearance certificate is provided)
- Mandatory Government Payroll Remittances including: EHT, EI, CPP are paid by Nexus Staffing and included in our service agreements
- Payroll is generated and distributed to Nexus Staffing employees at all client locations
- Nexus Staffing provides on-site management of our employees at locations that utilize high volumes of temporary workers
- Nexus Staffing associates are eligible to be hired at no placement fee once they have worked 480 consecutive hours at their assignment
