Skills & Aptitude Testing
Our thorough application process generally takes our candidates approximately one hour to complete. The process includes the following elements:
Copy of relevant certificates are obtained and filed (forklift licenses and other designations)
Licenses and designations are monitored for expiration and validity
Math and Measurement testing is conducted and assessed
English and Grammar testing is conducted and assessed
Personal interviews are conducted and work history is assessed
Goals of the candidate are assessed
Candidates are matched according to client suitability and entered into Nexus database if the candidate meets or exceeds our hiring standards.
