Our Contract to Permanent Program or “Working Interview”, allows our clients to assess the fit, performance and aptitude of each of our contractors while they work on location. Nexus representatives communicate regularly with our clients to monitor the performance and progress of our contractors. Our commitment to open communication with our clients is integral to the success of our partnerships. Once again, this program can be customized to meet the individual and unique staffing requirements of your company. The following list contains standard service elements included in our program:

Permanent Hire Program



When recruiting for permanent employees, we apply our resources upfront by investing the time recruiting, screening, testing and matching our candidates to each position. We only present fully qualified and suitable candidates to our clients. Our goal is to become your complete recruitment solution, integrating all aspects of your permanent hiring requirements through a single point of contact. Candidates represented by Nexus Staffing are treaed fairly, with respect, integrity and confidentiality. Understanding our candidate’s goals, needs and interests is paramount to our success. A placement fee is established on a case by case basis. The fee will be based on a percentage of the candidate’s starting annual salary.
